Our Christmas Traditions

I know it's kinda late to be posting this, but better late than never (oh and be prepared....it's kind of a long one). Once again we had a wonderful Christmas. This year we tried see as many Christmas lights as possible, seeing how my kids love them. We managed to make it to the zoo lights, temple square, Ogden lights and west haven lights, I really wanted to take my kids to Willard lights and the polar express, however we ran out of time (maybe next year).

sorry....lots from the zoo lights. There where so many animated lights, and things for kids to climb in and on. They especially loved going on the carousel.

We first began celebrating this wonderful season with my in laws, where they spoiled my kids rotten. My kids are so lucky to have such amazing grandparents on both sides. We don't know what we would do without you, we love you all so much!

Next we celebrated with my parents, where we got ready for Santa to come. A tradition of my parents has been to buy matching pajamas for all of their grandkids to open on Christmas eve.

A tradition we started this year......Rockin' around the Christmas tree!

Then off to make cookies for Santa.

I don't know who was more excited for Christmas morning to come, me or my kids (I love to see the look on their faces as they walk into the room and see what Santa brought them).

The kids woke us up at 7 and we were off to see what Santa had left. Of course Santa came through and got the kids just what they wanted. Here is Cameron with Spike the Dinosaur. This is quite a cool dinosaur, I highly recommend it for all of you that have boys out there.

And Abbie with her new horse Flicka. I really wanted to make the horse look as girly as possible, so i turned to my in laws for some help. They made all the accessories for the horse. They really out did themselves, It looks beautiful. Abbie just loves her new best friend.

My parents spoiled me once again and got me the camera I really wanted. I asked for a gift card to go towards one and to my surprise this is what i opened.

Although I haven't quite learned how to use this camera yet, I sure have fallen in love with it.
